The United States Attorney’s Office at Middle District of Florida works to ensure fair and impartial justice for citizens and client agencies in the northern district of Alabama. The office is also responsible for representing legal rights through the criminal prosecution of federal law violators and civil affirmative and defensive representation. It works to provide federal leadership and partnership with local, state and federal law enforcement entities. The division is additionally responsible for ensuring public safety through education and prosecution efforts that are designed to prevent and reduce the threats of terrorism and violence connected with youth drug abuse and firearms.
