Richard E. Hornsby, P.A.

Richard Hornsby is a second generation criminal defense lawyer from Orlando, Florida and is dual Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He earned his law degree from the University of Florida, holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, earned the NACDL White Collar Criminal Defense College certificate, and is a Master’s Candidate in the University of Florida Forensic Science program. He acts as the Legal Analyst for WESH 2 News in Orlando, Florida and frequently provides legal commentary for the Orlando Sentinel. In 2007 he was voted Best of the Bar in Criminal Defense by the Orlando Business Journal and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2012 and 2013.  Richard Hornsby is available to represent clients in Central Florida in all Criminal Defense, DUI defense, and juvenile delinquency cases.
