Which Gun Laws Operate In Every State. Part 2

Which Gun Laws Operate In Every State

“It’s not a gun, but a man that kills” – this phrase of supporters of free possession of guns has long been winged. Their opponents hold a different opinion – they are convinced that weapons can not be given in the hands of far not all, and its sale should introduce more restrictions. Both are among the legislators, so the rules for buying and carrying weapons are subject to constant controversy and differ depending on the state.

As for the incumbent president, he expressed his opinion long before he received the highest state post. In his book “America We Deserve” (2000 year), he noted that it would not be superfluous to increase the waiting time for the purchase of firearms and introduce more stringent restrictions on the ownership of its assault species. Mass shooting in Las Vegas refreshed the weapons debate at the national level. Perhaps this will lead to the introduction of more stringent restrictions, and perhaps the public resonance will subside and everything will remain the same. In the meantime, consider those laws that are in force in different regions now. In the first part, we talked about the rules in the states from Alabama to Florida, and this time we’ll start with Georgia.
